Position: Staff Development Coordinator
Location: 859 West Bay Avenue
Barnegat, New Jersey 08005
Partial Description:
Provide mandatory inservice programs; responsible for in-house certification program ; Develop and implement
all training and educational programs; plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and coordinate the infection
control program.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelors degree preferred. Currently licensed in the state for
the practice of professional nursing. Current IV certification preferred. Must have a minimum of three years
experience in nursing theory and practice. At least one year of teaching or training experience in a healthcare
facility. Current knowledge of IV therapy.
