Partial Description:
Work with DON and ADON to implement changes; make rounds and monitor resident care; assess newly
admitted residents ; monitor nursing staff; ensure proper documentation on Mars, Nurses Notes, Accident and
Incident Reports, Physicians Orders and Treatment Records.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program; active and current license. Minimum of 2 years clinical
experience in acute care or long term care. Knowledge of state and federal regulations; Knowledge of OSHA
Regs.

Position: Director of Human Resources

Responsibilities:
Administer, manage and oversee the Human Resource processes and function at the facility. Clarify and
explain Human Resources policies and procedures that govern the operation of the facility to employees,
residents and visitors, etc. Train and advise department heads in relevant Human Resource principles and
operational procedures and establish rapport with them so that each can realize the importance and value of
team-work. Represent the facility in dealing with outside agencies, including governmental agencies, as
directed. Accumulate, maintain and provide employment statistical data.
Requirements:
Minimum two years of experience in HR or Human Resource function (ie. Benefits administration, training,
payroll, etc). Two years college; computer skills in spreadsheets and word processing a must.
