Assume administrative authority, responsibility and accountability of supervising the Nutritional Services Department.
Responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Nutritional Services
Department, its programs and activities. Coordinate nutritional services and activities with other related departments (i.e.,
Nursing, Housekeeping, Social Services, Maintenance, etc.) Please see the HR department in your facility for a copy of

Requirements:
Candidate must have good people skills in addition to organizational, planning and implementation skills. Must be RD,
